What is your legacy?

What do you want to leave to your loved ones?

You tell us what you want to leave to whom. We'll look at your current situation, assets and lifestyle, and let you know how you can avoid paying your estate paying too much tax.

Inheritance Tax isn’t just a concern for the very wealthy.

The current inheritance tax (IHT) threshold is £325,000 per person. It doubles to £650,000 for a married couple - as long as the first person to die leaves their entire estate to their partner. Anything over this limit is subject to a 40% tax bill.

Last year Inheritance Tax brought in a record £5.2 billion for the UK Government. Lots of ordinary people with fairly normal financial situations can get caught out with this tax, leaving children and relatives in difficult positions.

We’ll also make you aware of how outside forces, such as paying for your own care, could impact you.

You might decide to spend or gift what you have, but either way, let us help you plan the most tax efficient way of dealing with your estate.

IHT Planning is not regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority.
